ABOUT
Based in London, Drafting Room is a residential interior design studio specialising in homes with history and character. Work begins with careful attention to the architecture of a building and to its dwellers.

The studio was founded by a designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and a professional background in architectural model making. This training has instilled a strong understanding of space, proportion, and structure, as well as a hands-on, detail-driven approach to design. These foundations inform every project, from early concepts through to fully realised interiors.
The focus of Drafting Room is on identifying and celebrating the features that make each home unique, from original architectural details to the small quirks that have developed over time. We design in response to what already exists, shaping spaces around how people actually live.

Through a thoughtful and considered design process, we create interiors that feel personal and functional. We work closely with our clients to design spaces that support everyday life, reflect individual tastes, and allow the character of the home to shine through in a natural, understated way.
